Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and will be considered late if not received by the 5th. A $10 late fee will be applied to all overdue accounts after the 5th.
Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, studio closures, or dancer absences. There are no refunds.

tuition policies & procedures

Every registered family is required to keep a valid debit or credit card on file. Tuition payments received after the 10th of each month will incur a $20 late fee. No exceptions will be made.
On the 11th of the month, the late fee will be applied and the card on file will be charged for any outstanding tuition balance and applicable fees.
After two consecutive months of late payments, the dancer will be automatically dropped from all classes. A $15 re-enrollment fee will apply if the dancer wishes to re-register.
Please note: Cards on file will not be charged without consent unless tuition is not paid by the due date or there are outstanding charges that are more than 30 days past due

HRDC does not prorate monthly tuition, as tuition rates are structured to account for months that may contain more or fewer than four classes. Tuition prorating is only available for dancers who begin classes after the start of a month.
